Here, Smriti quickly became one of their most successful consultants and established herself as an extremely capable and unique recruiter. As Smriti climbed the corporate ladder and roles the one constant that remained was her love for recruitment; the building of lasting relationships and being able to deliver efficient and exceptional results time, and time again. 

After becoming a mother in her 30's and experiencing some intense years of juggling the corporate world with family life, Smriti decided to close this chapter and focus purely on her original passion; offering expert recruitment and the highest level of service to her customers;
